Part 1: Rescuing Troubled Projects Ugly projects happen. This session explores how to spot early warning signs, prevent problems and course-correct struggling jobs to minimize loss and protect relationships. Topics include contract negotiations, project scheduling, RFIs and CORs, executive involvement and collaboration with other trades.

Part 2: Giving & Receiving Feedback Build stronger working relationships by learning how to give and receive feedback effectively. This session discusses emotional responses to feedback, constructive communication, active listening and using feedback as a tool for growth.
